At Clothesia, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy for all of our items. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at clothesia.contact@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Hazardous materials, are also not eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at clothesia.contact@gmail.com.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to return the original item and place a new order.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
